Allkpop has reported earlier about TVXQ and their issues with SM. As all cassies know, Jaejoong, Micky and Junsu have won the court case. Although, each side is standing firmly on their grounds, the ball is now in JJ,Micky, and Junsu's court. SM supposedly gave the three a deadline to make up their minds and tell SM of what their next move is. LSM released a press statement earlier that the three has yet to reply to them about their comeback for next year, so their comeback for next year has become impossible. Because of this, their concert in China that was set in this month on the 21st is canceled as well. Not only that, but this means that they will be on a very long hiatus.
SME revealed,
These three TVXQ members have refused to the upcoming activities as TVXQ so the TVXQ 3rd Asia Tour-Mirotic in China on the 21st is now canceled. The three say that they won't go to it. We regret to inform fans of this news. Because of this, TVXQ's image will be damaged. Not only will this affect TVXQ's Chinese promotions but it will also affect other Korean artists' promotions in China and Hallyu in general. They said to the court that they would continue with their planned activities but the concert in China that was planned in 2008, has now been turned down by them.
This press release statement continued,
We were also planning for a comeback in Korea next year. The three members have yet to reply to us about their national comeback. Because of that, their next year comeback has become impossible. We are sorry to be announcing this.

Guys, this has been THE HARDEST post I ever had to write. After typing every two sentences, I've got to stop and wipe away my tears. I know, that as a TVXQ fan, I've got to Keep the Faith, but this is too much. I still have faith in them, and I (like many others) believe that one day, the five of them will definitely stand together on the stage again!!!!!!!!! Why does LSM have to do this?!?! Why can't they just swallow their pride for once and listen to what their artists have got to say!!! They've already earned enough by taking ALL of TVXQ's profits!!!! It's time to NOT BE A GREEDY,POWER-HUNGRY COMPANY ANYMORE!!! Why does SM have to be such RETARDED IDIOTS?! Why are they making the same mistakes they did before?!?! They've already did this once wih H.O.T!! For those of you who don't know, H.O.T was a five member korean pop boyband back in the late 90's. They are the forerunners of the 'idol group' of todays kpop scene! They were the late 90's equivalent of todays TVXQ. They too had financial disputes with SM, which led to a year long hiatus which eventually led to their disbandment. T>T!!!!!
This is already an old video from Star King, but I decided to post it up here anyways ;) I've watched this video over ten times already and it's still as entertaining as when I first watched it!! I hope you enjoy it, it is DBSK and mini DBSK!
my favorite is Inhwan (mini junsu ^^) he's too adorable!!!
Members of the Korean Cassiopeia, TVXQ/DBSK's official fanclub, have released their official statement regarding SM Entertainment's press conference regarding legal dispute involving DBSK which took place yesterday. Here is the translated version of their statement:
We 800,000 Cassiopeians would like to announce our official view in this statement. With accusations and allegations flying everywhere, we announce this in order to show the fanclub's official standing on this matter. This statement is made by union of numerous DBSK fan cafes and we present this in the name of Cassiopeia.
First of all, we would like to say that, as fans of DBSK, we support DBSK and will not do anything to betray their trust in us. We will not trust anything besides words that come out of the DBSK members' mouths, and we ask SME to stop actions that are intended to confuse and divide the fans.
We Cassiopeians are very disappointed in SME for holding press conference and releasing signed documents in the name of Yunho and Changmin. As the management company of DBSK, SME must not forget their job and must stop their actions intended to defame the members of DBSK and break the group apart. Also, according the the court ruling made on the 27th, SME must not make deals with third parties in the name of the three members and cannot interfere with individual works or those members. Please keep the court's order.
To everyone who is reading this statement, please remember: the members did not take legal actions because of the issues regarding the cosmetics business. They started this lawsuit because of illegal contract length of 13 years. We fans do not understand why SME is silent about the issue of the contract length and is trying to focus everyone's attention on the cosmetics fiasco. The goal of this lawsuit was to nullify or edit contract between SME and the three members, and we believe that they did not intend to end DBSK or move onto another management company. Also, we would like to address to reporters who sensationalize and create rumours related to this press conference. Please be careful with your sources.
We would like to ask SME one more time to not make the three members' reputation and rights suffer with claims that have never been proven, and we would like to ask the citizens of Korea to stop creating rumours and defame DBSK. We would like to show our condolences toward this controversy.
As Cassiopeians, the fans of DBSK, we will keep our attention focused to the future actions of DBSK and SME. We will continue to side with DBSK. DBSK and fans will never doubt eachother.

All I can say is, GO CASSIOPEIA!
I was roaming around in youtube for fanmade vids, and I happened to come across a KEEP THE FAITH video called "International Fansong Project 2009" It's a video collage consisting of videos from cassies from all over the world including Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, ENGLAND, Austria, Vietnam and more). They're singing "Don't say Goodbye".
The last clip is clip of their concert in Thailand. Usually, it's only a section of the audience singing to the song, but here everyone in the audience is singing to this song. Actually, THE WHOLE STADIUM is singing!!! These are Cassies for ya. This video even made the korean news O.O

TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki is in the latest issue of "Duet Magazine." This is supposedly a big deal because the magazine had only put Johnny's Entertainment groups in the magazine, and having TVXQ in the issue will make it the first time a non Johnny's group is in the magazine.
Johnny's Entertainment is known for putting pressure and oppression on other companies but there's a feeling that they're making an exception for TVXQ. The reason being that TVXQ is huge in the asian market with the "World Record" fan club of over 800,000 registered fans (thats not counting the ones that AREN'T part of their fanclub, cuz I know that Hero Jaejoong, the center one has more than four million fans) and Johnny's wanting to expand into these asian markets in the future. They want to have friendly relations because they don't want to be seen as rivals and it'll be better for them image wise with a friendly relationship.
TVXQ is doing big things in Japan at a very rapid pace, just a year ago they weren't allowed on certain Music Shows or Magazines (limited to Johnny's), but now they're breaking down all those barriers. It's good to see them grow and be more accepted in Japan. Thanks to BBang, tvxqlover, tinbum for the tips.
"Hot idol group TVXQ has won a Gold Award at the 50th Japan Record
Awards. Hailed as the most prestigious music award in Japan, the Japan
Record Awards selected 12 artists for Gold Award this year. TVXQ got
the nod for their 23rd single in Japan, “Doushite Kimi wo Suki ni Natte
Shimattan Darou? (Why Did I Fall in Love with You?)” Other artists
honored include EXILE, C-ute, Kumi Koda, and w-inds...TVXQ will receive
the award at the award ceremony, which will be broadcast live from
Tokyo on December 30 by TBS. The five-member group will also be the
first Korean idol band to be invited to the renowned NHK Red &
White Songfest on December 31."
side note: AAAH! I am so proud of them!!! Lols! I'm so proud to be a (un-official)cassiopeian (for those of you who don't know, Cassiopeia is DBSK/TVXQ's official korean fanclub. Their fanclub in japan is called, "Big East")! DONG BANG SHIN KI FIGHTING! TOHOSHINKI GANBATTE!
